These Terms of Service govern your use of the Precision Handy Repairs website and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Precision Handy Repairs provides handyman and home repair services across California, including but not limited to plumbing, painting, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and geographic service area. We reserve the right to decline any service request.
Estimates & Pricing
We provide free estimates for all work. Estimates are based on our initial assessment and are subject to change if additional work is discovered during the repair. Any changes in scope or pricing will be communicated and approved by you before additional work begins. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
Service Guarantee
Precision Handy Repairs stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any repair or service, please contact us within 30 days and we will work to resolve the issue. Our satisfaction guarantee covers workmanship but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or acts of nature.
Liability
Precision Handy Repairs maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during repairs.
